  • Jenise Packer

    PRINCIPAL, DESIGN DIRECTOR

    Jenise Packer has over 26 years of interior design experience. Jenise completed her BS in Interior Design at the FIDER accredited Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. Her design foundation is formed on high-end residential, commercial and hospitality design and she has completed many projects both domestically and internationally. After establishing an extensive portfolio in Philadelphia she moved to New York City to work for two prestigious design firms, both listed among Architectural Digest's top 100 in the world (AD100). She has worked on a wide range of project types with varying budgets and continually delivers results which exceed expectations.

    Jenise has a sense of adventure and a distinct design approach for the comfortable and stylish. With a strong eye for detail and a constant desire to find new inspiring design ideas, Jenise strives to keep her clients' environments on the forefront of classic aesthetics and function.

  • Derrick Packer

    PRINCIPAL, MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Derrick Packer is a Principal at IBD Design Studio. His background includes positions in finance and real estate development. Derrick worked with the military at Balfour Beatty to redevelop Army and Navy bases and has also worked for a large residential developer in Philadelphia specializing in brownfield projects. He acquired business development skills with positions at Standard & Poor's and JPMorgan Chase. Derrick has a degree in business from James Madison University in Virginia. Originally from Philadelphia, he has also lived in San Francisco, New York City, & Ketchum, ID.

    Derrick, his wife Jenise and son Julian love to take advantage of all the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

  • Kaitlyn Hackleman

    SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Kaitlyn Hackleman grew up in Fort Collins, CO, and attended Colorado State University where she received a BS in Interior Design and a minor in Business Management.

    After graduating she quickly moved to Summit County where she is able to draw design inspiration from nature. Kaitlyn has experience in both high-end residential as well as hospitality design, bringing a unique skill set to her projects. Sustainable, thoughtful designs are her main focus. Kaitlyn loves the outdoor lifestyle and enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing and mountain biking.

  • Amy Vigen

    SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

    Amy Vigen grew up in Fargo, ND. She attended RMCAD in Denver where she received a BFA in Interior Design. Her desire to further broaden her design knowledge and understanding of interior spaces in relation to its exterior vernacular, led her to continue her education at the University of Colorado where she received her Masters in Architecture. She has always seen the relationship of exterior Architecture to be an integrated process that is important to carry through to the Interior Design of a space. This holistic approach has been a driving force in her design process.

    Amy has a passion for travel, and her experiences abroad inspire her creative approach. In her free time, she also enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking with her husband Bryan.

  • Elizabeth Stubblefield

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Elizabeth Stubblefield was born and raised in Nashville, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee, where she received a BS in Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management with a minor in Business Administration.

    Her background includes luxury hospitality, client relations, and event operations. Her need for a change after growing up in Tennessee brought her to Denver where she excelled in the luxury hotel market. Wanting to be even closer to the mountains and outdoor activities she decided to move up to Breckenridge to enjoy the mountain lifestyle.

    Elizabeth loves hiking, painting, and going to see live music in her free time.

  • Brittney Laffey

    INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Brittney Laffey moved to Summit County in 2014 from the Florida panhandle. She received her BS in Biology from Eckerd College in 2010, however, a passion for sustainable design led her to attain a BFA in Sustainable Interior Design from RMCAD. Utilizing her background in biology and passion for interior design, Brittney’s design approach focuses on sustainable, biophilic designs that reflect the values of our mountain community.

    Brittney can often be found on the local trails, hiking, biking, and snowboarding with her family.
